ABOUT THE HOUSING AND FURNISHING INDUSTRY

Housing and furnishing industry is a newly emerged industry throughout the world. It boasts its longest history, diverse and brilliant cultures and high technology when compared with others new ones. The industry is composed of the real estate industry, the building material industry and the housing decoration industry, all of which are closely related with each other. It is of great importance to our daily life and to the progress of the construction of a well-off society in China as well. Thanks to the ever-advancing science and technology, innovations and our construction of a society advocating environmental protection and energy saving, the industry is now growing at a pace faster than ever before. Meanwhile, the housing and furnishing market is most appealing to visitors and purchasers both at home and abroad.

INTERACTIONS WITHIN THE HOUSING AND FURNISHING INDUSTRY

As mentioned above, the real estate industry, the building material industry and the housing decoration industry of the housing and furnishing industry are closely related to each other, they also complement each other when necessary. For example, it is only necessary for the real estate industry to enjoy a constantly fast and sound development on condition that building materials used are of high quality. In reward, the healthy development of the real estate industry makes it possible for the housing decoration industry and the building material industry to develop further.
